Daily sheets and performance pay
One sheet per crew member per day: the objectives (from the job plan or typed), before and after photos, the clock stamps, the upsells they sold, the coordinator's evaluation, and the bonus the company's rule yields — or the sentence saying there is no rule.

Timesheets say when somebody was on site. Daily sheets (Team → Daily sheets) say what they were meant to do, whether it got done, and what they sold while there — which is what a coordinator needs to evaluate a day, and what a performance bonus, if the company pays one, is paid on.
A coordinator, administrator or owner sees every crew member's sheet and writes the evaluation. A crew member sees their own sheet on their phone, fills in results, photos and upsells, and reads the evaluation once it is written.
What is on the sheet
- Objectives. The tasks on the job plan due that day and assigned to the person appear as objectives; with none, the coordinator or the person types them. Each has a status — Planned, Done, First coat / partial, Not done — and the hours it actually took.
- Photos. A before and an after per objective, taken on the phone.
- Clock stamps. Read live from the time clock, so a corrected timesheet corrects the sheet. Nothing is copied.
- Upsells credited. An add-on the homeowner ticked on the quote or an approved change order, picked from the list so the amount is the one on file; or a typed line when nothing is on file.
- Evaluation. A score from 1 to 5 and a note, written by the coordinator only — a person cannot score their own day.
Performance pay
The bonus box works out what the company's rule yields for the day — so much per objective done, so much when all are done, a share of the upsells — and shows the arithmetic. With no rule (the default), the box says so and nothing is computed: no $0, no placeholder. An owner writes the rule under Settings → Field work.
The bonus goes to the next pay run as a Performance bonus earning line, which the person running payroll reviews before the run is saved. Once a run has taken it, the day's sheet is frozen.
The week
This week on any sheet opens the person's week: hours, objectives done, upsells, average score and the bonus total, day by day. A day with no sheet shows a dash rather than a zero.

Where do the objectives come from?
From the job plan's tasks that are assigned to the person and due that day. If the plan has none for them, they are typed on the sheet.
Can a crew member add an upsell with an amount?
Yes, as a typed line. It credits the sheet; the coordinator sees it before evaluating, and the pay run is reviewed before it is saved.
