The first screen on your phone: your next shift or visit, one-tap Clock in, Message and Find cover, today's hours, and the shout-outs. Where the five tabs go.

My home is the screen your day starts on. It shows the next thing FieldQuo has for you — a shift, a visit dispatched to you, an appointment if you take them, a task that is due — with the site, who else is on it and the notes your manager left. Under it are the three buttons you reach for most, then today's hours, then what colleagues have said about each other this week.
It is the same screen on a phone and on a computer. On a phone the five tabs sit along the bottom; on a computer they run across the top of the page, inside the ordinary sidebar layout.
Overview
Open My home from the sidebar under People, or tap Home in the bottom bar. The five tabs are Home · Schedule · Earnings · Messages · More. If you run the rota — your access to Schedule is *Edit everyone's schedule* or higher — the middle two are Schedule (the board) and Team instead, and Home shows today's coverage rather than your own day.
What is on the screen
- The greeting — good morning, afternoon or evening by your phone's clock, your job title under your name.
- Events today — anything your manager put on the week's Events row for today: a safety meeting, a yard closure.
- Next up — the earliest thing not yet over: Tomorrow, 9 AM – 4 PM, the client and site, your role on it if the manager typed one, the colleagues on the same job that day, and Notes for this shift. A shift you can trade or give away carries Find cover and Trade; a visit carries Open the visit; an open shift nobody has yet carries Open shift — claim it.
- Est. earnings — under a shift, hours net of unpaid breaks at your hourly rate. Only if your access lets you see your own payslips; otherwise the line is simply not there.
- Clock in · Message · Find cover — the time clock, the crew chat, and a cover request on your next shift.
- Today — once you have clocked in: *You earned $140.00 working 8 hr* (or just the hours), a bar from your first clock-in to now, and View timecard.
- Coming up — the rest of the fortnight, each line with a chip saying whether it is a Shift, a Visit, an Appointment, a Task or an Open shift.
- Shout-outs — the last twenty across the company, yours highlighted. Send a shout-out picks a colleague and takes up to 240 characters.
Appointments and calls appear only for people whose role can quote — the same rule that decides who clients can book. A crew member never sees an appointments section, not even an empty one.
The other tabs

There is no clock-in PIN and no card for one: FieldQuo's time clock is your own login on your own phone.
Who can see it
Everyone with a login. What changes by level is the money: the earnings line and the Earnings tab's dollar figures need Payroll at *View their own payslips* or higher, which the Crew, Estimator, Dispatcher and Manager presets all hold and an owner can withdraw. Somebody on the roster with no login — a yard hand added without an email — has no home screen, and their shifts still show on the board.

Why does my Home show a coverage strip and a report instead of my shift?
Because your access to Schedule is at Edit everyone's schedule or higher, so FieldQuo shows you the manager's Home: who is clocked in, what needs review, what is not yet published today. The worker's view is what your crew sees.
The earnings line says nothing — is my rate missing?
Either your access does not include your own pay, in which case nothing about money is shown anywhere, or nobody has entered an hourly rate for you. Ask whoever manages the team; a missing rate is never shown as $0.
Can I edit my name or phone here?
Not yet. The profile card is read-only — whoever manages the team changes your name, title and phone from Manage team — and it says so rather than offering fields that would not save.
